Soft or crispy? Which ones do you prefer? These here are the most crispiest cookies you will ever taste! Very very tasty! viiesPreheat oven to 375 F

1 cup all purpose flour

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 cup butter

2/3 cup sugar

1/3 dark brown sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 cup finely chopped semisweet chocolate

1 cup finely chopped pecans

In a medium bowl mix together flour, baking soda and salt.

Melt the butter, pour it to a stand mixer bowl and add sugars. Mix. Add egg, vanilla. Mix. Add flour mixture and mix on low speed until just combined. Add chocolate and pecans and mix again.

esimeneDough should be shiny and loose. Use a ice cream scoop or your hands to make well rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, about 2 inches apart. Use the palm of your hand or a fork and flatten each cookie until about 1/4 inch thick.
